    Q: Dear Sir/ Madame,Me and my partner are thinking about buying an Hotel in Germany as an investment. One add on the internet has drawn our attention. The premise asking price is €1.250.000 and up to half of this amount the add says we can financing it by a German Bank. For the time being both of us are not German residents but if it is possible we would like to apply to get a residential permits to German Government to do this bussiness.
