  • Q: Dear Sir/ Madame, Me and my partner are thinking about buying an Hotel in Germany as an investment. One add on the internet has drawn our attention. The premise asking price is €1.250.000 and up to half of this amount the add says we can financing it by a German Bank. For the time being both of us are not German residents but if it is possible we would like to apply to get a residential permits to German Government to do this bussiness. What we want to learn from you is the requirements of using a long term credit from your bank and the possible loan repayment table just giving us and idea to the installments that we should pay in the future. We also be grateful if you also give us an information about if it is any other payments, additional costs or tax should we undertake. Thanks for your help in advance. Regards,
